A new factory building has enabled us to start production with
the help of brand-new manufacturing technologies. At present,
we use machines for sheet processing and bending made by TRUMPF.
And there is another top-class workplace, a bending
centre delivered from RAS. The above-mentioned technologies,
together with new sw programs, move the production to
completely new levels.
SOLID FRAME STRUCTURE
Tritón clothes lockers feature very high stability. This
property is achieved through the use of a solid frame structure
which comes
out of our company’s longtime experience with manufacture of data
cabinets. These cabinets (manufactured in a similar way
and from material of the same thickness as lockers) are usually
able to bear up to 400 kg load.
HIGH RESISTANCE OF PAINTS
Surface treatment of steel parts is performed in our new powder paint-shop with the help of the most up-to-date technologies.The used powder paints are suitable for creation of a hard and durable surface with high mechanical and chemical resistance.
Minimum thickness of surface finish is 65 μm.
VENTILATION
Perforated steel construction ensures effective humidity off-take from clothes.180°WIDE DOOR OPENING
The unique hinge system which was developed and patented by our company enables almost 180° wide opening of the doorand comfortable access into the locker.

LOCKS
Cylindrical lock
Locking fixes the door in their central part. As a standard, locks
are equipped with
two steel keys.
Cylindrical locks can be equipped with a general key system.
Slot lock
Locking is fitted for inserting 10Kč or 1EUR value coin.
Counters can be ordered instead
of coins as well.
The key remains blocked in the lock until a coin is inserted and
the locker is locked.
After unlocking the locker, the coin gets released and returned
back or is held back in a
money-box, the key remains blocked in the lock again. Slot locks
can be equipped with
a general key system.
Chip lock
An electronic lock with high safety and easy service. Control
with the help of an
electronic chip card is signaled both with a light signal – LED
diode and acoustic
signal.
In the case of having lost the card – possibility of reprogramming
with the help of
MASTER card to a different chip card without a need of
disassembly.
The lock is resistant against dirtiness, operational temperature is
-5°C / 50°C, operational
humidity - up to 85% RH, power supply 6 V (4 x AA batteries) – weak
battery indicator light.
